Working Journey Projects applies and researches specific expertise and know-how to further its objectives, using Complexity Based models and approaches. It undertakes research as part of its portfolio of activities.

In particular Working Journey Projects basis its consulting practices on the models of the late Dr Elliott Jaques and the Requisite Organisation as a basis for many of its endeavours. To this end, it has incorporated developments from other thinkers and fields of endeavour, such as complexity science and in particular, complex adaptive systems theories into its methodologies.

Working Journey Projects is dedicated to identifying and developing high potential individuals who can use their capability to make a difference to society and local community.
