Andrew Olivier
Andrew Olivier was formerly MD of BIOSS Australia and Third Foundation Systems (now Bioss Southern Africa). Andrew has consulted to a diverse range of companies in Australia and Southern Africa. He has consulted to companies such as Westpac Banking Corporation, Insurance Australia, Telstra Mobile, IAG NZ, CSIRO, Westpac Trust, MTN and various other organisations.

Andrew is the author of the book "The Working Journey" which provides knowledge of Talent Pool Management and examines Australian leadership examples. He is the author of numerous articles and pioneered the concept of Broad Based Succession Planning.

Dr Bruce Whitby, based in Sydney, consults on information systems and complexity based design. Bruce is an entrepreneur who has built up a number of web based companies. He is an ITC strategist and has consulted internationally.

Rudi de Beer is based in South Africa and consults widely in a diverse range of settings. He has been involved in community related interventions and supports a number of NGOs. He has worked with Work Complexity models practically since 1990 and in the delivery of "Being There".

Anneline Klaaste runs our Bed and Breakfast in Johannesburg and is involved in the West Coast Project. We have a number of partners and colleagues who operate with us in this venture.
